SPA ETIQUETTE

APPOINTMENTS AND RESERVATIONS
We strongly recommend that you schedule spa appointments prior to your arrival at the Spa. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a hotel room or credit card.

CANCELLATION
We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not provide a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice for your existing appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your service.

ARRIVAL
We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to sign in and change into your robe and slippers.

LATE ARRIVAL
If you arrive late to your appointment your service may be rescheduled or shortened. Full price of original appointment will be charged.

CELL PHONE POLICY
In consideration of our other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone before entering the spa.
