Getting Your Information is Easy

To receive your Win/Loss statement, please follow these steps.

All Win/Loss Statement requests will need to be completed online.

To receive your statement immediately:

  1. Click below to log in.
  2. Social Club Account Login (make sure your browser is not blocking pop-up windows*)
  3. Enter the property ID (N1, N2, or N3) and your Social Club by Seneca Card Number (Do not put preceding zeros) and PIN to access the Social Club by Seneca tool.
  4. Select the statement icon from the left-hand side of the balance detail screen.
  5. Select the Tax Year for your Win/Loss Statement and select “Generate Statement”.
  6. A report for each Seneca property in which you had played will generate on a separate tab along with a taxable jackpot listing if you had any taxable jackpots.
  7. Please ensure you allow popups for this site.
